- Solid background in sales, with experience in prospecting and cold calling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicationabilities, complemented by proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong time management skills and experience in preparing and presenting quotations and tenders in collaboration with in-house quantity surveyor
Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire leads, update the cold call database, and follow up with emails, letters, and brochures.
- Secure appointments to present the AI portfolio and services and obtain invitations for RFPs and tenders.
- Collect client information and design briefs, and communicate project needs to the team for comprehensive understanding and response.
- Prepare proposals, RFPs, and tender responses, ensuring timely submission and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, attend all project meetings, and follow up with thank-you notes and meeting minutes.
