JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will work under the supervision of an attorney and will also provide support in assigned legal cases.

The goal is to sustain the efficiency of all office procedures and case management so as to guarantee reliability and consistency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide administrative support to one or more lawyers
• Effectively communicating with clients
• Greeting visitors and perform initial screening of clients
• To assist in drafting and file various legal documents,letters, emails, etc.
• Answer phone calls, take notes/messages, redirect calls when appropriate
• Facilitate the meetings of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders

Requirements and skills

• With or without experience may be considered
• Basic knowledge of MS office
• working knowledge of litigation management software systems is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people
• Applicants is only open to Singapore citizen
• Salary is negotiable with relation to experience
• Able to commit to a 5 working days Monday to Friday (office hours)
