Purpose of the Role:

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership:

· Oversee all aspects of the Singapore office, including design, client service, and project execution.

· Manage performance targets, KPIs, and budgets to achieve financial and strategic goals.

2. Financial Management:

· Achieve EBITA targets (20%) by improving operating ratios, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships.

· Focus on expanding the Singapore/Australia client base through new acquisitions and enhancing relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Interior Design, Branding, or Marketing industry.

· Proven track record of achieving financial growth, including meeting revenue targets.

· Demonstrated ability to oversee business operations, including design, project execution, and team leadership.

· Experience in client relationship management and supplier negotiations.

· Strong understanding of financial metrics such as EBITA, cost optimization, and pricing strategies.

· Familiarity with the Singapore and Australia markets is advantageous.

Purpose of the Role:
