- **Job Description**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive, experienced in personal injury claim, to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist in the smooth functioning of our legal operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in all administrative duties within the legal department
- Prepare and manage legal documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain and organize legal files and records
- Handle compliance with client’s subject access requests.
- Handle and requests clinics/Hospitals of client’s medical report
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other staff members
- Perform accurate research and analysis for the investigation of matter
- Transcribe calls to ensure thorough documentation and support.
- Answering incoming calls
**Skillset**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Effective problem-solving abilities
**Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role
**Qualifications**:
Post Secondary / Diploma in Legal Studies or related field
