Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements.
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage financial transactions.
- Payroll and Statutory Contributions
- Handle employee salary disbursement and manage CPF submissions.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with Singapore accounting standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required
- Full Sets Accounting experience will be advantageous, basic knowledge on Singapore Accounting Standards and GST Regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
