Our client is a leading online education company headquartered in China, with over 600k active users. They are setting up a new branch in Singapore and are seeking a competent local HR Manager to support the company’s establishment and growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit teachers and other relevant staff.
- Oversee HR functions, including employee management, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist in the initial company setup, process establishment, operations, and handle administrative and daily tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s recruitment processes and labor laws, with relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to handling diverse responsibilities.
- Passion for working in a startup environment and supporting company growth
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
