Job Description & Requirements:

1. Provide leadership, job assignment, mentorship and QA on the work deliverables of the junior staff
2. Strong domain knowledge on Singapore Accounting Standards, GST, policies and principles
3. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
4. Proficient in client management and services
5. Assist in Business Development, Organisation Strategies and Planning Activities
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations
7. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and drive performance across accounting, tax and HR functions
8. Proficient in both English and Chinese

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Possess recognized Accountancy Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification
• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience
• Possess CPA and Chartered Accountant status
• Proven track record in senior leadership role overseeing accounting, tax and HR functions
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial management
• Extensive experience in Tax advisory, Tax Filling and Tax Planning
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using Cloud Accounting Software (Xero, Quickbooks, etc)
• Experience working in Accounting and Tax Service Provider environment
