Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a personal assistant to the boss, supporting the establishment and operations of the company in Singapore.
- Oversee daily office operations, including management, documentation, and internal/external communication and coordination.
- Liaise with colleagues from China, Indonesia, Thailand, and New Zealand, with potential travel if necessary.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and recruitment screening tasks in the initial stages.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a personal assistant or secretary.
- Diploma or higher qualifications.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a quick learner.
- Detail-oriented
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Lark (willingness to learn is acceptable).
