Responsibilities:
- Conduct tracking research on global cutting-edge issues in the development of industries related to artificial intelligence (AI) and AI technologies.
- Monitor and research the development of relevant industries in mainland China and changes in industrial policies in related fields.
- Take the lead in developing the company's strategic planning and related product strategies, providing decision support to the company's board of directors.
- Lead the company's strategic management team, continuously advancing the coordinated management of company strategy, business, and finance.
- Lead the establishment, operation, and transformation of the company's internal flexible organizational structure guided by strategic planning and product strategies.
- Handle other temporary tasks assigned by the company's decision-making level.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with industrial policies in mainland China and related regulatory policy requirements, as well as their changing trends.
- Ability to independently or lead a team in undertaking relevant policy research.
- Hold a master's degree or above, with at least 10years or more of research experience in related fields at universities or research institutions.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, with the ability to write reports for developing the Chinese market.
