Responsibilities
Act as a vital link between clients and candidates.
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from clients.
Visit clients to build and develop strong relationships.
Develop a thorough understanding of client companies, their industries, operations, and workplace culture.
Utilize social media to advertise job positions, attract candidates, and build relationships with both candidates and employers.
Perform headhunting by identifying and approaching passive candidates.
Work towards and exceed targets, including the number of candidates placed, billed values to clients, or business leads generated.
Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
Requirements
Self-driven and sales-oriented.
Ambitious, mature, and self-motivated.
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency.
Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
Candidates with corporate sales experience are welcome to apply.
CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
is mandatory.
