Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (tentatively Thursdays off).
• Required to work on public holidays, with corresponding compensatory leave days added to annual leave for the year.

Salary Package:

• Base salary + allowance: SGD 5,500 – 6,000 + 13th-month bonus.
• During school holidays (if the family is not in Singapore), the work schedule adjusts to a 5-day work week (weekends off) with a reduced base salary (to be discussed during the interview based on workload). Alternatively, the candidate may choose to take annual leave during this period.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the employer with family and children-related tasks, including:Monitoring, recording, and attending school activities.
2. Translating and replying to emails from teachers and school-related communications.
3. Plan after-school and holiday activities for the children.
4. Coordinate and communicate with other tutors regarding class schedules, track progress, and verify lesson hours.
5. Work with the employer to cultivate good study habits for the children, align with the family’s educational methods, and provide support.
6. Organize and manage the children’s study materials and track their learning progress.
7. Accompany the children during outdoor activities when necessary.
8. Travel with the employer during long school holidays or as required.
9. Arrange daily transportation and coordinate with the domestic helper to prepare necessary items.
10. Assist the employer with other personal and family-related tasks.
11. Support travel planning, including initial research and coordination with travel agencies or related parties.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Bilingual
3. Cheerful, optimistic, and proactive.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow through on tasks assigned by the employer.
5. Must align annual leave with the school’s 4 major holidays, typically when the family is away from Singapore.

Personal and Administrative Support:

• Assist with personal and business-related tasks, including travel planning, itinerary management, bookings, and document handling.
• Organize and manage luggage packing and unpacking for business trips.
• Prepare and submit expense reports proficiently using Excel.
• Handle visa applications, tax filings, and related administrative tasks for various countries.
  

Office Tasks:

• Draft, edit, and manage documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments.
• Support daily operations both personally and professionally with meticulous attention to detail.

Travel Requirement:

• Frequent business travel is required, averaging monthly trips to locations such as Hong Kong, Japan, and other parts of Asia.
• Occasional travel to the United States (1-2 times per year).
• Majority of the work will be remote from Singapore when not traveling.
  

Requirements:

• Singapore citizen.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or in a related field.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel extensively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough in task execution.
• Proactive with excellent problem-solving and planning abilities.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Teacher to support the holistic development of four children aged 5 to 10 years old. The ideal candidate will provide personalized academic guidance, encourage creativity, and foster essential life skills in a nurturing home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Support:

• Conduct lessons in English and Mandarin, tailored to each child's learning level and school curriculum.
• Introduce creative learning techniques to make studying enjoyable and effective.
• Assist with homework, projects, and exam preparation in both languages.
• Foster bilingual literacy and fluency through reading, writing, and conversational practice.
