Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Work with group companies to collect, clean, and preprocess datasets to ensure data quality and reliability
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
Ability to data manipulation and apply statistical methods to transform data into actionable insights for business stakeholders (familiar with regression and time series analysis)
Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, BI dashboards, and presentations
Automate existing recurring reports and analyses
Design and develop the data architecture for BI solutions
Build data pipelines where necessary for the development of visualization solutions.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Marine, or Construction industry.
Experience working on large-scale projects (e.g., $100 million+), particularly in analyzing project performance data.
familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.
Skill:
Proficient in statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including macros and complex data functions.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs and report insights.
Ability to handle large datasets, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights
