Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth running of outlet operations
- Maintain high quality standard in customer service and cleanliness
- Supervise and train crew on the technical competencies in each functional area of the outlet, kitchen and counter
- Ensure disciplinary standards are met
- Manage stock inventory
- Preparing of hot / cold beverages. Responsible for providing quality beverages consistently for all customers
- Provide excellent customer services at counter
- Required to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure good hygiene standards
- As part of Supervisory role, to assist in other stations, when required
Requirements
- 5.5 workdays - 12 hours (including a 2-hour break) for one day / 6 hours (including 1-hour break) for half day / Flexibility: Either Saturday or Sunday workday
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O/Diploma
- Resourceful with a high degree of initiative and maturity
- A team player with good leadership and customer service skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Prior experience in food preparation & bread toasting
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in traditional coffee/tea preparation
- Possess Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1
