Responsibilities
Responsible for taking orders and handling of cash registers when required for cash collections from customers
Responsible for providing good customer service and good standards to maintain good company image
Responsible for handling all customer's enquiries, request and complaint promptly
Required to follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products
Also responsible for providing quality toast bread consistently for all customers if required
Also responsible to take on overall cleanliness of outlet duty
Required to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure good hygiene standards
Requirements
5.5 workdays - 12 hours (including a 2-hour break) for one day / 6 hours (including 1-hour break) for half day
Outspoken, bubbly deposition
Customer service oriented
Able to work long working hours
Possess Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1
Preferably with experience in traditional coffee/tea preparation
