Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and deliverables for all Service Projects.
Develop & coordinate schedule to ensure efficient use of resources and meet project deadlines.
Determine the required manpower resources and materials/equipment required for all Service Projects.
Proactively identify potential project risks or delays & develop contingency plans to mitigate and make conservative adjustments on the project timeline.
Track project progress, update within team members & management on milestones and provide regular status reports on ongoing projects.
Assist in estimating project costs, monitor project budgets and work closely with Project Engineer to meet project timelines wthin schedule & budget.
Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all project elements are aligned and can be executive effeciently.
