1. Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. 2. Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, coordinate/ liaising with relevant parties on customer due diligence (CDD)/ periodic reviews, maintenance of customer records and files
• Ensure documentation is complete and that all approvals, facility and security documents are in place at all times.
• Follow up on submission of clients’ financials for spreading, and assist Relationship Managers in preparing the necessary documents for credit application / review
• Preparation of offer / variation letters and follow up on documentation aligned with stipulated terms and conditions
• Follow up on submission of periodic documents (eg. insurance policies, valuation reports etc) from clients or relevant parties, and assist Relationship Managers to address queries on such documents
• Additional duties including ad hoc projects supporting Relationship Managers and team in sales and marketing

3. Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment
• Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Service-oriented and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Scope

As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will ensure the smooth processing of corporate actions income and events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with custodians, handling queries from various stakeholders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, etc.), and includes business systems analysis or technical writing. Activities require a broad knowledge of the organization and its key functions.

The Business Systems Analyst focus specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas, identifying business unit requirements, creating project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

The Technology function is responsible for activities related to the strategic direction and control of all information systems and technology capabilities, both internally and externally. Includes system design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database management, and computer operations.

Key Requirements

· 6-9 years of experience of business analysis or similar position, preferably in banking or financial service industry

· Knowing basic technology and SDLC (waterfall or Agile) is a must

· Having experience or exposure in regulation, credit origination or corporate lending is a plus

· Able to communicate with and engage stakeholders at different levels from different functions

· Able to bridge technology and business and convey the message efficiently

· Able to complete the assigned tasks independently or with limited guidance
