PROJECT Related

▪ Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g., Project budget, CAPEX/OPEX purchasing, Resources related, Project milestone and etc.)

▪ Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations.

▪ Support development effort charge out projects.

▪ Extract and prepare timesheet reports

▪ Track against approved monthly charges and raise any discrepancies to Pillar Leads

1. Deal validation process in Murex which comprises of inter-banks and corporates client interest rates derivatives, credit derivatives trades, and Total Return Swap

2. Perform pre-settlement confirmation with counterparties.

3. Authorisation of payments via AMH.

4. Perform Fixing procedures for the purpose of determining the interest payoff of the derivatives deal

5. Liaising of settlement or fixing with the respective local T&M branches or Wealth Ops

6. Provide accurate and timely funding amount

7. Reconciliation process of Nostro accounts and general ledgers, managing failed trades and reconciliation of trade position between T&M risk systems

8. Configuration of interest rates generator / indices

9. Reconciliation of CCP trades btw Murex and Clearers

- With Treasury operations experience preferable

· Create, maintain, and improve pitchbooks, case studies & Working Capital Analysis to assist Sales Managers to put together a pitch to optimize client engagement and conversion.

· Manage training logistics (inclusive of moderating of Webex training sessions) and maintaining training records & analytics.

· Participate in the creation and deployment of training curriculum, content/sales messaging, and OJT process to develop competencies of the GTS sales force.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and other key stakeholders, to identify pain points & ways to improve sales content repository - iFORCE, for better efficiencies & user experience with sales force.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To analyze and provide inferences on specialized Payment functions related to SWIFT and payment messages like like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series.

· To support the Project manager effectively on administrative and logistical tasks.

· To closely work with the Project team for successful on-time Project delivery.

· To track Project progress and monitor work plan execution.

· To schedule relevant Project meetings, take notes and prepare the MoM.

· To articulate business case scenarios and contribute towards the development and scoping of the Project.

· To help coordinate with surround Project team members to achieve project objectives.

· To support the different testing cycles, analyze the results and submit observations to the Project Manager.

· To ensure that all Project work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.

· To create all Project related documentation and participate in project related walkthroughs.

· To prepare all Project related reports.

· To highlight risk and issues impacting the project to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

· Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business/ Finance or equivalent

· Must have prior experience in Payments/Remittances/Telegraphic Transfer Operations

· Must have prior experience in Project Assistant role

· Must have in-depth and hands-on knowledge in SWIFT, Payment Messages like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series..

· Must have skills to collect, analyse data, draw insights and make recommendation.

Job Description

• Create a business requirement document that summarizes business requirements in detail by;

1. Understanding and analyzing the Payment & Collections current business opportunities, business processes, procedures, customer requirements, operational and system restrictions, regulations with other working group members in the region
2. Gathering and conducting data analysis to ensure our business requirements are accurate based on the data
3. Sharing and confirming whether our business requirements are feasible and adequate from other working group perspective (Business/sales, Product, Systems, Operations, compliance/regulatory requirements, Financial Crime, Treasury etc.)
4. Creating supporting documents and key deliverables accurately and professionally, but user-friendlily to obtain sign-offs from senior stakeholders and working group members on time

• Present business documents to wider audience (e.g. Systems, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime, Business etc.) to provide comprehensive understanding to them on our requirements

• Participate in Fit & Gap analysis sessions and review deliverables from System working group (e.g. technical documents) to ensure our requirements are well understood by Systems.

• Establish regional operational procedure/product guides for local TB teams to follow with Operations, Systems, Financial Crime, Treasury team and TB teams.

• Manage regional product risk assessment procedure with in-country TB members and regional risk assessment teams.

• Make a Product working group project plan and lead/manage regular Product working group discussions.

• Monitor and manage project tasks/progress for Product working group members (The Bank's branches and Partner Banks) and other stakeholders for on-time project implementation.

• Manage project issues for Product working group with Partner Banks including follow-ups with the teams. Escalate issues to senior members and/or management in a proper manner if any.

• Make the necessary reporting to PMO (Senior management meeting, regular WG meetings etc.) for project updates.

• Plan User Acceptance Test phase

1. Create UAT test plan and test cases
2. Conduct UAT test cases to validate the result

• Prepare and provide user training / knowledge transfers to stakeholders (TB team, operations, sales etc.)

• Be a Liaison for all Product WG members (for any enquiries, consultations, requests, escalations etc.)

• Manage documents, reports and deliverables (signed documents etc.) including establishment of its safe-keeping protocol within Product working group.
