Job roles and descriptions:
- Participate in the testing and implementation of system-related initiatives and enhancements.
- Manage and address first-line customers issues, complaints and inquiries within the stipulated service level agreement (SLA) timelines
- Collaborate closely with operations team on manual processing and adjustments of transactions.
- Initiate process and customer journey improvements for Unsecured Loan products .
- Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products and services.
- Draft marketing content, terms & conditions and messaging related to Unsecured Loan products
- Work closely with the tech team to identify system-related issues and explore solutions.
- Support regular reporting, ad hoc tasks and administrative matters.
- Collaborate with support units to study and analyze data related to UL products.
2. Required Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in consumer banking or a related industry.
- Prior experience in handling loan product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle is preferred.
- Self-driven and able to work independently under tight timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Well verse in Microsoft office productivity applications.
- Capable of managing and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to work overtime during system testing and implementation phases.
