Engineering, programming and testing of IBMS and BMS Software.
Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.
Prepare material drawing submission, site testing, commissioning with clients and software rectification work for ad-hoc jobs.
Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols.
Lead supervisors/technicians in BMS’ field work at sites.
Manage and monitor project works by managing project schedule, quality and site safety.
Propose and implement improvement works to clients.
Establish and maintain courteous and good relationship with clients.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System.
Lead, manage and coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, clients and sub-contractors to implement in accordance with projects requirements & specifications.
Direct, supervise and control qualified sub-contractors /internal project team members to ensure work is executed to approve drawings/specifications.
Coordinate, oversee and interface with the customers (end user, main contractors and M&E contractors) to resolve issues, produce relevant technical reports and documentation as required
Prepare method of statements and risk assessment reports
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Automation / Building Technology)
At least 3 years’ working experience in IBMS, BMS, industrial automation, process automation, and/or building ACMV systems.
Have worked with BMS/ACMV system in the Critical Operations Infrastructure is advantageous.
Knowledge of Programming Siemens/ABB/Schneider Software are preferred.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus/BACNet/MQTT/IP/Webservices).
Knowledge in Autocad & preferably in BIM drawings
Must be independent & able to commit to project deliverables
