Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry using accounting software;
• Update cashbook, journals, ledgers, account payables and account receivables;
• Prepare claims, payment vouchers and cheques;
• Generate SOA and send to clients;
• Perform bank reconciliation;
• Maintain proper filing documents;
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Company from time to time.

Job skills and requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent;
• No experience required;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel;
• Independent as well as a good team player possess with excellent interpersonal and communication and organizational skills, good initiative, High degree of accuracy, analytical and meticulous in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Overall warehouse management and coordination of delivery arrangement;
• Prepare and arrange goods for delivery;
• Receive and store incoming goods;
• Organize, allocate and store goods with proper documentation/report recorded;
• Prepare monthly, mid-year and year end stock take report;
• Coordinate and liaise with the customers, colleagues and external delivery drivers;
• Update and manage ERP system;
• Maintain storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly and safe manner;
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant industry (retail / distribution).
• Adaptable, self-driven, team player, resourceful & meticulous, with a keen-eye for details and hands-on person.
• Able to excel under pressure, multi-tasks, handle tight deadline and well-organised.
• Strong problem solving skills and result oriented.
