Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare daily schedule for on-field teams
- Preparation of pictorial reports for monthly submissions
- Preparation of quotations as and when required
- Collecting of mails
- Answer clients’ queries (email / call / whatsapp)
- Disseminating information to teams
- Maintenance of office (eg. Filing, notice board, etc)
- Undertake any ad-hoc task or project as assigned.
Requirements
- Good proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally
- Able to work independently
- 5-days work week (Monday to Friday)
