Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate commission payments for stylist based on established criteria and guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing commission payments
- Collaborate with the operations team and management to resolve any commission-related inquiries or discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of commission calculations and payments
- Generate reports on commission payments and performance metrics as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing commission structures and incentive programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to commission calculations
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement:
- Diploma or relevant certifications in administration
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in operations administration, with a focus on commission calculations
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in calculations
- Knowledge of sales processes and commission structures is a plus
Remunerations:
Working Days: 5 days’ work week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm/ 9am to 6pm
Annual Leave: 14days (for the 1st year), subsequently will increase 1 day and capped at 21 days
Medical Leave: 14days
Medical Claim: $300 per year
