Warehouse Executive

• Support Plant Manager in matters pertaining to security, fire safety, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of materials, manpower, machines, and equipment to minimize wastage, reject downtime, and reworks.
• Implements safety and environmental policies to comply with company and statutory regulations.
• Maintains security of all company property, stocks, and other assets within its premises by taking all precautions against fire and other hazards.
• To lead the warehouse team by coordinating with offices, customers, or agents on the collection of products.
• Maintains good labour relations and morale.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.

The Commercial Executive is responsible to expand our customer base. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relations with customers.

Job Descriptions

• Develop & grow the business with focus both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customers’ needs.
• Promote the company’s products & services and meeting customers’ requirements.
• Build long term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collate and analyse data to formulate sales trends and marketing plans on services and products.
• Conduct tele-marketing, cold-calls and identify potential customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• More than 3 years relevant experience in the chemical industry.
