Job Purpose

The Maintenance Technician performs regular checkups on equipment and preventive maintenance on machinery, repairing them in case of breakdowns.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Fixes machine breakdowns as they occur, and as requested of him by his immediate supervisor.
2. Performs regular preventive maintenance works on all machines, as per a preset schedule.
3. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping acceptable levels of spare parts and special kits, tools and equipment to maintain machines.
4. Makes sure that all machine operating manuals and catalogues (physical and electronic) are available and comprehensive.
5. Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Communication & Working Relationships

1. Reports directly and promptly to Operations Manager
2. Keeps professional relations with peers and other employees

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical fields
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a comparable job
3. Good working knowledge of English
4. Computer literate

Physical Requirements of the job

1. The job of the Maintenance Technician may require attending the operations (after duty hours) in case of emergencies and should always be reachable by phone.
2. It also necessitates some physical handling of products, including lifting and transportation.

1. Job Purpose

The IT Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and network infrastructure across all office and restaurant outlets. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment, as well as providing technical support to users based in Singapore and implementing IT policies and guidelines from headoffice.

2. Principal Accountabilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, applications, systems, networks, and point of sales in the restaurant and in the back office.
• Provide timely first-level support to troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Conduct training sessions for users on system applications to enhance their proficiency.
• Manage VPN, VLAN, POS system, alarm system, and CCTV to ensure smooth operations.
• Draft and implement IT policies and guidelines, including IT security, equipment procurement, and replacement guidelines.
• Set up and implement backup plans and business continuity plans for system applications and stored information.

3. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the IT department within the F&B industry.
• Singaporean citizenship is preferred
• Comfortable working in an F&B environment preferred.
