The Reservation Agent will effectively and efficiently manage guest and customer inquiries and maximize revenue opportunities through making reservations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Take reservation of the guests and ensure to follow brand standards
- Receive and record customers dining reservations and maintain the information in the system accurately
- Maintains knowledge of menu , events , special offerings at the restaurant.
- Inform General Manager for waiting list
- Ensure all calls are taken on time without any delay to the customer
- Maintain clean and organized reservation area.
- Observe proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times
- Assist Hostesses / Hosts when needed
- Manage event related work by working closely Sales & Marketing Manager
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university or Hospitality Degree
- Minimum 1 of experience from a reputed hotel or beach resort
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
