Responsibilities:

• Call to fix appointments with external stakeholders
• Manage schedule of various stakeholders
• Follow up on cancellation and rescheduling of appointments
• Follow up with the appointment outcome and indicate in system
• Conduct short briefings to each client upon arrival

Work Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
• Establish a strong relationship with prospects during consultations or over the phone
• Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their enquiries are handled promptly
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
• Ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, B to C Sales experience is preferred
• Sales experience in client facing role is ideal
• Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
• Customer-oriented
• Availability to start immediately is preferred
• Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 9am to 6pm
• 5 days / week

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Call Consultants to deliver results of the highest level
• Train, coach and mentor Call Consultants by delivering weekly trainings
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the team to efficiently manage the output of assigned tasks
• Monitor the performance of team members by means of reports and observation
• Assist absent Call Consultants by calling to confirm their appointments
• Call and fix for more appointments when manpower is down
• Ensure every Call Consultant hits the monthly call target
• Accountable for team conduct and productivity
• Carrying out special duty

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales calls and closing
• Preferably with financial services (banking or insurance) call centre background
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Working experience in Singapore market is highly desirable
• Availability to start immediately is preferred
• Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese clients
