As Customer Reference Manager SEA, you are helping to shape the future of the company and part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. You are passionate about building strong customer relationships and creating compelling stories that showcase the impact of innovative solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders in the marketing and sales teams to identify ideal customers for engagement, coordinating customer participation in events, and facilitating the creation of customer reference assets."
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set strategy and vision for the implementation of our customer reference program in SEA and as the external contact for the company customers.
- Identify and nurture a pool of satisfied customers willing to participate in marketing activities, including case studies, testimonials, webinars, and events.
- Engage with marketing, sales, product and executive teams, on a daily basis, regarding customer advocacy. Train internal teams on use of reference materials, processes, programs and strategy for customer assets.
- Coordinate customer speaking opportunities, including webinars, conferences, and industry events, to highlight our brand’s impact through authentic customer advocacy.
- Work directly with customers to capture their experiences, success metrics, and insights, crafting compelling narratives and case studies to be used across sales and marketing channels.
- Foster long-term relationships with referenceable customers, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction with the reference process.
- Measure the effectiveness of the customer reference program by tracking metrics such as engagement, lead generation impact, and sales influence, using insights to refine strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - MBA degree a plus.
- 5 years experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing or developer marketing channels such as content, event and community marketing, direct emails and social media.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- Strong stakeholder management
- Project management skills and experience including websites, social media, reporting and managing vendors and agencies for content creation and review.
- Have agency experience, particularly in customer success, sales, PR, analytics and customer advocacy.
