ABOUT THE ROLE

As Startup Marketing Manager, you have a track record of building demand for startups, from prospect to purchase, to usage and advocacy. You will support Startup Marketing for JAPAC, ensuring the delivery of high-converting marketing experiences that deliver on Startup targets alongside sales.
You will support startup marketing at scale, build alignment with sales and contribute to the overall success of the SMB startup business. This is a highly collaborative role working across multiple internal and external stakeholders to build a portfolio of programs and initiatives tailored for Startups in APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orchestrate organizations' programs in JAPAC, optimizing and iterating based on performance
- Partner with Startup regional sales leadership team on aligning marketing strategies with business plans
- Deliver on targets and identify opportunities for future programs through data analysis
- Execute always on demand gen programs aimed at acquiring startups and lifecycle programs in retaining and progressing startups
- Build partnerships with VC / PE firms and StartUp Incubators in driving co-marketing initiatives
- Execute media led advocacy programs at scale to communicate the value across APJ
- Drive cross channel integrated programs across paid, owned earned media to engage startups, drive trials, build advocacy and contribute to ARR
- Build and communicate customer wins and drive evangelisation within the StartUp community
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Field Marketing
- Experience in startup marketing roles in B2B tech
- Experience in building and managing the startup communities
- Full stack marketer in both Upper & Lower Funnel of marketing
- Core competences in navigating with ambiguity, taking ownership, seeking challenges, willing to try and experiment.
- Strong in planning and prioritizing tasks.
- Experience in storytelling!
- Experience in sales stakeholder management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting VC and Incubator partnerships
- Ability to engage with sales stakeholders and conveying crisp business outcomes and narratives using data
- Experience in managing and delivering scaled cross channel integrated programs with clear goals and objectives
- Core experience across SEM, Social media marketing, Content syndication and ABM
- Expertise in storytelling with a data lens
- Expertise in advanced level reporting and analytics
