Principle Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Promote products and services, represent the company at networking events and conferences, travel to events and meetings with key clients, conduct online research via social media platforms to discover leads and new target markets, and help plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. Management and use of social media channels/marketing tools for recruitment.
- Providing effective product demonstration to customers.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of basic ERP software and finance applications is a must.
- Exposure to Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Training provided.
