Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in the business solutions industry.
- Analyse market data to provide actionable insights for the marketing team.
Customer Insights:
- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and questionnaires to gather customer feedback.
- Translate customer data into strategies to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness.
Competitor Analysis:
- Research competitor strategies, pricing, and customer engagement tactics.
- Prepare detailed competitor analysis reports and recommend strategies for A2000's competitive advantage.
Content Preparation:
- Create and refine marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing content that aligns with A2000’s branding.
Design Support:
- Assist in designing promotional materials, including posters, banners, and digital ads.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with A2000’s corporate identity and marketing goals.
Campaign Optimization:
- Support marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights to improve targeting and engagement.
- Evaluate and report campaign performance metrics, suggesting areas for improvement.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements affecting the ERP and business solutions landscape.
- Recommend innovations to align marketing strategies with current trends.
Collaborative Efforts:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, case studies, and presentations for internal and external use.
Content and Presentation:
- Prepare professional, data-backed reports and presentations for stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in drafting scripts, storyboards, and layouts for marketing videos or webinars.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and suggest improvements.
- Propose new tools and technologies to streamline research, content creation, and campaign execution.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Perform any additional duties as and when assigned by the reporting head to support the marketing department’s goals.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in market research, content creation, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
