You will be operating as part of Technical Department doing support, training, troubleshooting, and implementation, pre-sales and ongoing upkeep of annual maintenance contract with our customers.
- Conduct technical requirement study and prepare for effective product demonstration to potential client.
- Project scheduling for system implementation and conduct software training for potential client.
- Support existing customers, retraining and other enquiry.
- Diagnose clients’ issues and provide ad hoc technical/helpdesk support that may be required.
- Assist the development team in new patches testing and scope documentation writing.
- Attend and participate exhibition and events for networking and lead generation activities.
- Providing support to sales department
- Any related job that may be required

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Knowledge of basic ERP software and finance applications is a must.
- Exposure to Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
