We are offering the opportunity for the successful candidate to work on key aspects of an emerging Southeast Asia-focused data centre fund. Position Overview:
As an Investment/Asset Management Analyst, you will support the development and execution of our business plan. Your role will involve financial modeling, reporting, market analysis, and stakeholder management, contributing to the successful execution and performance optimization of our investment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain financial models at both the individual asset and portfolio levels.
· Assist in preparation of presentation materials (including pitch decks, investment memos for internal review and external circulation).
· Collaborate with functional teams on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
· Manage relationships with stakeholders and external consultants to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
· Conduct research and analysis of real estate markets in the APAC region to identify trends and support investment strategies.
· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
· Proficient in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness.
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Willingness to travel overseas as required.
· Prior experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
