As the liaison to the region for marketing, advocacy, and thought leadership, the Regional Marketing and Communications Manager, will work closely with the MarCom team leaders, regional heads, managing director, and product and sales teams to provide global and regional marketing support.
How you will Contribute:
- Marketing Promotions: Develops, executes, and measures success of marketing promotion plans, activities, and budgets to support revenue goals. Develop and execute global and regional campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media sharing, membership platform promotions, and regional sales outreach support aligned with localized language and platform needs.
- Member Communications: Facilitates with MarCom team leaders on global and regional communications to develop personalized messaging for all channels based on member segment, role, interests, and region and to streamline communications, increase engagement rates, and drive Calls to Action (CTAs).
- Lead Generation and Contact Management: Coordinates with sales and membership teams on standardized global processes for generating and managing leads and updating the AACSB contact database. Monitors email metrics and manages email delivery system for optimal performance. Documents and streamlines journey maps to shorten sales cycles and automates database updates in collaboration with IT.
- Sales Support: Provides sales support tools and templates for each stage of the sales and engagement funnel, including presentations, emails, fact sheets, website landing pages, and product information pages.
- Market/Member Feedback: Participates in regional events, to share key news about AACSB and facilitates feedback from the field to inform internal stakeholders.
- Event Support: Collaborates with the regional heads and advocacy teams on managing the master event schedule and budget where AACSB is a presenter, exhibitor, or sponsor. Serves as onsite support for AACSB learning and development, member outreach, and advocacy events as required, including social media coverage and media relations support.
- Fluency in the English language
- Moderate international travel required (10%)
- Five (5) years marketing, communications, and related experience, with two (2) years experience independently managing large projects.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated, successful experience with implementing successful regionalized marketing strategies and campaigns for a global organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, design including Adobe Suite, CRM, marketing automation, digital advertising, social media marketing, and Google analytics
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive campaign ROI

- International experience in higher education or business education
