As the Member Engagement Coordinator – Asia Pacific you will represent and promote AACSB, and supports initiatives focusing on business schools, businesses, and other key business education stakeholders with primary emphasis on the Asia Pacific region. The main focus will be on activities in South and Southeast Asia.

This role is best suited for candidates who have a robust background in member engagement or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the dynamics within the Asia Pacific business education landscape.

How you will Contribute:

• Collaborates closely with the Regional Head of South Asia and the Member Engagement Manager of Asia Pacific to bolster their activities across the regions
• Provides clerical support as needed, helping with various administrative tasks to support staff.
• Ensures that membership data in the CRM system is accurate and up to date.
• Provides support in preparation for presentations and marketing materials for AACSB International to be utilized during outreach activities and external events.
• Interacts with prospective and existing members using appropriate media for stakeholder needs, including direct conversation, video conferencing, phone calls, and social media.
• Engages in proactive outreach activities focused on member recruitment, researching, and targeting specific countries and/or regions to foster membership growth, outreach, and support.
• Performs duties in accordance with AACSB International’s Mission and Values.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

• Fluency in the English language 

• Three plus (3+) years of relevant experience in member services, recruitment, or a similar role 

·         Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

• Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word), and other related software

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies to work efficiently 

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in direct conversation, video conferencing, phone, and social media platforms 

• Ability to travel internationally up to five times a year 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five plus (5+) years of relevant experience within an international organization  

• Fluency in additional languages of relevance to South Asia

As the liaison to the region for marketing, advocacy, and thought leadership, the Regional Marketing and Communications Manager, will work closely with the MarCom team leaders, regional heads, managing director, and product and sales teams to provide global and regional marketing support.

How you will Contribute:

• Marketing Promotions: Develops, executes, and measures success of marketing promotion plans, activities, and budgets to support revenue goals. Develop and execute global and regional campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media sharing, membership platform promotions, and regional sales outreach support aligned with localized language and platform needs. 

• Member Communications: Facilitates with MarCom team leaders on global and regional communications to develop personalized messaging for all channels based on member segment, role, interests, and region and to streamline communications, increase engagement rates, and drive Calls to Action (CTAs). 

• Lead Generation and Contact Management: Coordinates with sales and membership teams on standardized global processes for generating and managing leads and updating the AACSB contact database. Monitors email metrics and manages email delivery system for optimal performance. Documents and streamlines journey maps to shorten sales cycles and automates database updates in collaboration with IT. 

• Sales Support: Provides sales support tools and templates for each stage of the sales and engagement funnel, including presentations, emails, fact sheets, website landing pages, and product information pages.  

• Market/Member Feedback: Participates in regional events, to share key news about AACSB and facilitates feedback from the field to inform internal stakeholders.  

• Event Support: Collaborates with the regional heads and advocacy teams on managing the master event schedule and budget where AACSB is a presenter, exhibitor, or sponsor. Serves as onsite support for AACSB learning and development, member outreach, and advocacy events as required, including social media coverage and media relations support. 

• Fluency in the English language  

• Moderate international travel required (10%) 

• Five (5) years marketing, communications, and related experience, with two (2) years experience independently managing large projects.  

• Bachelor's degree required 

• Demonstrated, successful experience with implementing successful regionalized marketing strategies and campaigns for a global organization 

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders 

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, design including Adobe Suite, CRM, marketing automation, digital advertising, social media marketing, and Google analytics 

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive campaign ROI

The Director of Membership and Affiliates plays a crucial leadership role, directly reporting to the Chief Officer of Membership. This individual is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational membership functions, developing and maintaining the affiliate programs, and ensuring operational excellence and growth. The role demands a strategic mindset focused on membership engagement, process efficiency, and affiliate relationship management. 

How you will Contribute:

1. Membership: 

• Lead operational and budget planning to ensure the membership department aligns with the organization's strategic goals. 
• Manage and oversee membership projects within area of responsibility from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. 
• Generate comprehensive reports to track membership growth, engagement levels, and other key metrics. 
• Develop and refine membership systems and processes to improve efficiency and member satisfaction. 
• Craft and implement engagement plans to increase member participation and retention. 
• Enhance member value through clear communication of benefits, regular updates, and improvements to the value proposition. 
• Conduct Member Value Surveys (MGI) to gauge member satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 
• Define and segment membership criteria and categories to ensure a diverse and inclusive community.

2. Affiliates:

• Oversee project management within the affiliate sector, ensuring timely and successful execution of initiatives. 
• Develop and maintain robust systems and processes for managing affiliate relationships. 
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the organization, its affiliates, and AACSB staff to strengthen partnerships and collaborations. 

• Fluency in the English language 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in membership management and/or affiliate relations, with a proven track record of success. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. 
• Excellent project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with a diverse range of individuals and groups. 
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and budget management. 
• Experience with membership software and CRM systems. 
• Ability to travel internationally 10-15%.

As the Accreditation Manager you will convey the value of AACSB accreditation and member services to business schools worldwide and assist schools with their continuous development and achievement of overall high quality. This role has a focus on schools in the Asia Pacific (AP) region.

The position is best suited for candidates who enjoy building successful member relationships and have strong analytical and writing skills most beneficial for accreditation-related work. The ideal candidate will be interested in being part of a multi-cultural team and interacting with members from many different backgrounds.

How you will Contribute:

• Acts as staff liaison for accredited schools and those in the initial accreditation process, working in close coordination with mentors and peer review teams. 
• Develops and supports quality assurance strategies for member schools in Asia Pacific to ensure quality throughout the accreditation process. 
• Actively participates in industry-related activities, and promotes AACSB accreditation at internal and external events, workshops, conferences, etc. 
• Facilitates the movement of appropriate member schools into the accreditation process. 
• Reviews and analyzes accreditation eligibility applications and school documentation.  
• Serves as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings. 
• Maintains a deep understanding of the higher education landscape and developments in assigned geographical areas. 
• Performs duties in accordance with AACSB’s values and ensures that the best interest of AACSB and its members is at the forefront of all initiatives. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to position 
• Fluency in the English language as you will need to liaise with colleges and universities globally
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 
• Five (5) years of professional-level experience (i.e. building and supporting member relationships) 
• Ability to travel internationally

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university 
• Eight (8) years of professional-level experience (i.e. building and supporting member relationships) 
• Communicate effectively with Chinese language business schools
