Responsibilities:

• Produce drawings on CAD and 3D modelling for road, drain, traffic and reinstatement design.
• Good knowledge of standards, guidelines, code of practice of local agencies in Singapore
• Able to liaise with others design disciplines
• Able to coordinate and be responsible for the quality of production of all submission drawings
• Supervise the production of 2D drawings from 3D models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved
• Support Project Team for Presentations with 2D plan and 3D Model and related activities
• Work under the supervision of Engineer and perform work task assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Preferable with 5 years of civil working experience in infrastructure work.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation, especially in AutoDesk Civil3D
• Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within engineering team environment when required
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Duties:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including reception duties, managing correspondence, and documentation, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team, including itineraries and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required for project team.
• Office Operations:
  • Oversee office supply inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, including managing any facility-related issues.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management and external vendors for repairs and services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

• Executive Assistant Support:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, travel arrangements and expense claims.

  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on company-wide initiatives.
