What you’ll do:

• Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
• Ensure a healthy start for new projects by conducting kick-off meetings & hand-holding sessions for the project teams on CDE access (Common Data Environment), Information Management, Data exchange, Modelling techniques, BIM coordination & review process, Issue management, As-built verification process, BIM handover process etc.
• Keep the project BIM documents upto date. Includes but not limited to BEP, Project BIM Standards, MIDP, TIDP, Model Tree, LOD table, BIM Collaboration, Documentation standards.
• Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables.
• Conduct Trainings on BIM processes & workflows, Inspire & motivate the BIM teams, Monitor progress. 
• Develop, discover, collect, and share processes, best practices, tools, and techniques of BIM.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for the project’s BIM funding and BIM submissions.
• Work closely with all other departments and project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues. 

• To design and independent review of design submissions of structural engineering works for assigned projects.
• Undertake structural analysis, calculations and prepare design sketches and drawings indicating arrangement and design intent for a variety of transportation structures. 
• Involved in prestressed/post-tension concrete and steel structure design 
• Conduct engineering assessments and evaluations related to existing structures and/or structural alternatives and prepare technical reports documenting the results. 
• Liaise/coordinate with other disciplines/departments in preparation of reports and design packages for multi-disciplinary projects. 
• Communicate with clients, sub consultants, approving agencies, etc. for purposes of obtaining design information, presenting design alternatives, and expediting approvals

Descsription:

• Represent and report to the Client / SO / SO Rep to identify, assess and make recommendations to manage foreseeable risks and safety infringements
• Attend to Contractor’s Safety Committee Meetings
• Conduct audits of all contractors to ensure compliance with agreed safety management plans
• Monitor and review the implementation of the SHE plan.
• Be an advisor to guide and lead risk assessment amongst the Contractor teams and areas requiring more attention, including risk reduction or systems improvement
• Attend toolbox and pre-start meetings as appropriate
• Manage site wide communication of all safety information
• Manage overall reporting of safety statistics and man-hours including lead and lag indicators
• Lead investigations and reporting on any incident or near miss
• Produce an d overall site wide safety calendar of events and issues and conduct and monitor all site wide safety drills and exercises
• Ensure Contractor’s implementation of all aspects of the approved Safety Management Plan and the associated and referenced work practices.
• Monitor and review site ECM plan and implementation
• Attend to all liaisons with Authorities including but not limited to M.O.M, NEA, PUB, LTA, etc

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with relevant experience within construction safety field.
• Possess more than 5 years relevant working experience in health and safety management systems
• Possess good knowledge of safety, health, environmental protection
• Familiar with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 management systems and Singapore legal and statutory requirements.
• Possess strong capabilities in risk analysis and risk control.
• An excellent communicator with an eye for detail, the candidate must exhibit initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
• Customer service skills and an analytical mind are advantageous.
• Possess good writing skills and familiar with the common Microsoft suite of software
• Willing to commit to a 12 months contract
• Working location will be at Changi and company transport will be provided from Tanah Merah MRT station

Qualifications and Experience required

• Degree in Engineering with strong interest in software development; or Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or other non-Engineering fields with strong interest in writing programs to solve engineering / built environment problems
• Proven knowledge and 1-3 years of relevant working experience in software development, deployment and database programming
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: C#, VB.NET or Python, Web front-end development using JavaScript, Vue.js, Angular or React, Fluent in applying SQL statement with MS SQL Server, MySQL, Access or NoSQL
• Additional experience in Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI is a strong advantage
• Additional experience in Engineering or CAD/BIM related software is a strong advantage
• Additional experience in mobile apps development under iOS or Android is an advantage
• Additional experience in developing VR/AR application with using Unity 3D (or equivalent) is an advantage
