Job Description & Requirements
- Daily administration of front desk duties such as answering calls, handling clients enquiries via email/phone, filing and etc
- Simple accounting works using a user-friendly accounting software to generate sales invoices
- Handle incoming or outgoing couriers, postages and mailing of documents.
- Handle any administrative and clerical work given
- Candidate must possess at least minimum GCE O' Level or Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage for this position
- Assisting Auditors with bank confirmations, audit schedules & formalities.
- Organized, meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently with positive working attitude.
- Be proactive, ready to take on new responsibilities and willing to learn new things
- Having a good eye for details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to relate well with staff from all levels
- Must be proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
- Basic training will be provided
