RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform quality audit in compliance with professional standards.

· Able to make adjustments to the application of skills to improve the work tasks or solve non-complex issues

· Able to build relationships, work in a team and identify ethical issues with reference to the code of professional conduct and ethics

· Able to select and apply from a range of known solutions to familiar problems and takes responsibility for own learning and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent

· Minimum 1 year of experience. Entry level are welcome to apply.

· Execute assigned audit tasks under supervision

· Good communication and writing skills

· Able to communicate well with people of all levels

· Able to work independently and handle stress under tight deadlines with commitment

· Good command in English

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Work

· Act in accordance with applicable professional standards

· Knowledge of Caseware Audit Software will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it in compliance with the firm’s policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.
• Manage projects and engagements profitably by leading the team to perform efficiently.
• Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Generate new business opportunities by understanding the services provided by our sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge and services.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training.mbers attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.
• Developpeople by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the assurance team.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

TO QUALIFY

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Obtained or in the final stages of obtaining CPA Singapore qualification.
• Working knowledge of Caseware audit software a strong advantage.
• At least 3 years of related work experience in a managerial role.

• Responsible for audit fieldwork as briefed by the Audit Manager
• Expected to assist the Managers in planning and meeting clients to clarify and resolve issues;
• Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements;

• Deliver quality audit services to clients by performing efficiently and effectively in a structured work environment

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or a related field, ACCA or equivalent which is recognized by ISCA
• Excellent analytical skills and has sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people of all levels, with a good command in English
• Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment

Pre-Requisites

• At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word & Caseware
