Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base and market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.

Minimum Requirements:
