Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of all the outlets.
- Assist in promotion Planning: Know what promotion works and be able to plan for a full-year calendar of eCommerce and retail shop events and activities to enhance the shopper experience and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target
- Source for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.
- Assist in marketing tasks such as Brand and Awareness, building relationship with our key customers.
- Provide feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
-Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.
- Other adhoc duties assigned.

- Ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods
-Develop and enforce SOPs for cold storage operations to ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales & marketting management, including experience with dry and cold storage.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience in budgeting, costing, capex/opex management, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and financial reporting.
