JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Global Brand Marketing Specialist I, will support brand management activities for the company's brand and support the other brand team members to enable them to effectively implement the brand strategy and executional guidelines. In this role, you will support the delivery of the brand plan by assisting in the creation of branded marketing materials and management of brand assets to support the businesses and enable them to effectively utilize them.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the brand team in implementing the company's brand strategy and brand plan across the organization through brand execution and the implementation of brand guidelines and toolkits.
- Drive commercial marketing activities – collateral development and planning for demos, events, tradeshows etc.
- Assist the brand team in developing materials and assets to implement marketing tools and frameworks throughout the organization.
- Support the execution of workplace branding projects following directions from senior members of the brand team.
- Support the creation of briefs for creative services and external agencies by collating and researching relevant information when needed.
- Be the key contact for external agencies, to define scope, guide them for content creation and ensure execution as per brand strategy, under supervision from senior members of the team.
- Develop content for our Digital channels – recipe books , blogposts, analyze performance of our website, newsletter etc. with guidance from senior members of the Brand team and other cross functional teams.
- Act as brand guardian by providing support and training for the management and timely execution of third party logo authorizations where needed.
- Assist with day to day operational tasks, such as raising purchase orders, ad hoc reporting and presentations preparation.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
