Overview of Duties
Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction through provision of professional drinks service (bar and table).
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation.
Main Responsibilities
Perform the tasks of order taking and maximise opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling. Ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests.
Ensure all beverage are made to Lounge standards and training standards provided by relevant Beverage supplier.
Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations.
Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and lounge liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
Applicants should possess a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate for this role.
Experience & Skills
Possess a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of related experience in Hospitality/Hotel/F&B Culinary operations.

To carry out allocated cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guest’s needs and exceed their expectations in regard to the cleanliness of the lounge.
Clean all public areas and back of house areas
Clean and maintain locker rooms, staff and public washrooms, toilets and showers
Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual
Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard
Assist with regular equipment stocktaking
Ensure the security of keys and public / back of house areas at all times by adherence to security procedures. Report any suspicious persons or items to Supervisor
Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions
Ensure adequate supplies of towels, amenities and consumables to meet the needs of the guests
Liase with guests during peak times to ensure fair use of guest showers
Have a working knowledge of relevant airline operating schedules and boarding times
Have a sound knowledge of the airport layout (retail shops and services) and its environs
Maintain currency of Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC) and its requirements.
