- At least 5 years of experience in HR and admin in Construction Industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially practical experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management and employee development.
- Knowledge of construction machinery, equipment specifications, and rental processes.
- Must have working experience in handling construction workers .
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver under pressure and without constant oversight.
Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day support for HR functions.
- Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database & etc.) of each employee.
- Assist in recruitment & selection activities.
- Administer onboarding / exit clearance activities
- Handle work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
- Maintains company organization chart and employee contact list.
- Liaise with insurance company on staff insurance and claims
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Handle disciplinary issues of workers.
- Assists to prepare and submit IR8A for all operational workers.
- Manage workers’ dormitory.
- Handle company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) & Company Insurance, WICA
- Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary / pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment / facilities
- Any Ad-hoc assigned by your superior.
