Job Description:
- Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
- Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
- Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
- Assist in Annual Maintenance of server
- System Deployment
- Assist in Data backup and restoration
- Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
- Optimize enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN implementations and support.
- Manage and configure network devices such as firewalls, routers, VPNs, internet proxies, and wireless networks.
- System / Network troubleshooting and rectification
- Assist in Annual system Audit
- Asset management
