Job Description:
Setting up computers and other hardware devices.
Assist in Annual Maintenance of Database and server
System Deployment
Assist in Data backup and restoration
Meeting with the IT team to determine the sequence of operations.
Correcting errors, loading paper, and adjusting equipment settings.
Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
System / Network troubleshooting and rectification
Responding to user requests and problems.
