REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Prior audit experience will be an added advantage
• Experience with accounting software will be added advantage
• Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the day to day account and finance operations
• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate periodic financial closing and reporting
• Prepare, review and present financial reports and statements to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor and ensure proper invoicing and monthly payment collections
• Preparation of group consolidation accounts
• Preparation of GST submission
• Handle yearly tax returns and other related claims
• Responsible for cashflow reporting and projections
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and analysis
• Managing statutory audit and tax compliance process
• Liaise with Banks for related banking facilities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
