Job Description:

• Setting up computers and other hardware devices.
• Assist in Annual Maintenance of Database and server
• System Deployment
• Assist in Data backup and restoration
• Meeting with the IT team to determine the sequence of operations.
• Correcting errors, loading paper, and adjusting equipment settings.
• Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
• System / Network troubleshooting and rectification
• Responding to user requests and problems.
• Performing preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Min 3- 5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to communicate with people of various level
• Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory, server
• Networking knowledge a must
• Strong Problem solving skills

Job Description:

• Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
• Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
• Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
• Assist in Annual Maintenance of server

• Optimize enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN implementations and support.
• Manage and configure network devices such as firewalls, routers, VPNs, internet proxies, and wireless networks.
