Responsibilities
- Assist the overall day to day running of assigned outlet
- Responsible for maintaining high standards relating to customer service, product quality and cleanliness
- Ensure quality and accuracy of food production in a timely manner
- Responsible for controlling and improving cost efficiencies to minimize cost and wastage
- Assist in proper stock ordering and receiving to ensure proper inventory replenishment
- Ensure all staff adheres to standard operating procedures and food hygiene standards
- Responsible for ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, including performing service recovery to achieve satisfactory resolution on customer complaints
Requirements
- Minimum’O’ Levels& NITEC
- Working Knowledge in MS Office
- Possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Guest-oriented and passionate in providing excellent customer service
- Self-Starter and able to work independently
- Outgoing, cheerful and self-disciplined
