Role Overview:
We are a licensed fund management company seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to support the growth of our digital assets and Web 3.0 initiatives. This role focuses on identifying potential opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and supporting internal teams in delivering innovative investment initiatives. Projects may include potential Real-World Asset (RWA) initiatives and other emerging opportunities within the digital asset ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and blockchain technologies, with a passion for the rapidly evolving Web 3.0 space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential opportunities and support the onboarding of clients for digital asset and Web 3.0 initiatives, including potential RWA projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the implementation and management of investment initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse trends in DeFi, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain to identify business opportunities and provide insights to internal teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including KYC/AML standards and other applicable regulatory requirements for digital assets.
- Share general market updates and industry insights to enhance clients' understanding of digital asset trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within finance or blockchain-related industries.
- Strong understanding of Web 3.0 technologies, including DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, and blockchain frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively work with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
