Contribute to development of the new advisory services portfolio by leading customer need and value analysis, planning, following up of portfolio performance and ensuring the coordination with the global advisory services organization Lead continuous business analysis of the existing portfolio and potential new portfolio items including analysis of alternative investments and reviewing potential partnering options.
Direct creation of the local offering business plan, ensuring fit with global strategy. Define the business model and approve the pricing model.
Analyze and track market, technology, competitors, and trends related to the offering including relevant regulations, and determine competitive attributes and value proposition towards customers
Support creation, planning, and implementation of advisory service sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives, support creation, planning, and implementation of advisory service operational strategy and FSE (Field Service Engineers) development initiatives including training and support for on-site data collection
Coordinate advisory service sales activities and operational project execution with country organizations and support local sales teams in achieving order intake, margin, and related objectives for advisory services Establish long term customer relationships with key customers and decision makers on C-suite level by understanding the requirements, regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products
Act as interface connecting customer/external market with internal functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, and Research & Development) and oversees resolution of customer issues
Ensure that the advisory service organization within assigned area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, trained, competent and directed. Guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates
Requirements:
Morea than 10 years of experience in account management and/or portfolio management within multinational companies
Energy and power distribution systems knowledge, customer needs and segments as well as electrical distribution, applications, and processes.
Experience in managing sustainability projects will be a plus Significant sales drive, focus energy to achieve and close profitable deals.
Excellent skills in customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations.
Good knowledge in contract and risk management and understand and use sales processes and related tools as well as the ability to accurately estimate costs of service offerings.
Proven personal leadership in building and leading teams, shaping collaborative, diverse and inclusive organizational culture with high strategic and results orientation.
Global mind-set, intercultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills, fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)

Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements. Coordinating with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures all required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or another relevant course
Excellent project management and people leadership experience
Project Management Certification (PMI/ABB certification) is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience in handling project teams effective and ability to engage and motivate people of different culture
Knowledge and experience in other functions like Engineering, supply chain management along with strong project management skills
Experience in handling complex E-House, electrification & automation projects in Oil & Gas / Offshore / FPSO segment.
